This policy covers Paddock Rise, the racing management game for iPhone published by STARS S.R.L. on the App Store, and explains what happens to your data while you play. In short: your team never leaves the phone, and nothing reaches us.

What data we collect
None. Paddock Rise sends us no personal data:
- it has no server: the game opens no connections of its own, and everything — races, workshop, drivers, championship — is worked out on the phone;
- it contains no third-party services: no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools;
- it has no account: it doesn’t ask for your name, email or any other detail;
- it doesn’t track you: it doesn’t follow you across other apps or websites, and it doesn’t use the phone’s advertising identifier.
That is also what the game’s privacy label on the App Store says: no data collected.
Where your team lives
In the game’s storage on your iPhone. It is included in your iPhone backup if you have one turned on (in iCloud or on a computer), which Apple handles under its own privacy policy. If you export your save from the game’s Settings, the file only goes where you choose to save it.
Game Center
When it starts, the game offers to sign you in to Game Center, Apple’s service for leaderboards and achievements. It’s optional: if you don’t sign in, the game works just the same. If you do, the game sends Apple your placing in the weekly challenge, for the leaderboard, and the milestones you reach, as achievements. From there Apple handles them, with the name and profile of your Game Center account, under its own policy. STARS S.R.L. only sees what Game Center shows everyone on the leaderboard.
You can sign out of Game Center, or choose who sees your profile, in your iPhone’s Settings, under Game Center.
Purchases
Paddock Rise is free to play. The Paddock Pass subscription and the Shop purchases — tokens, Debut Kit, Fast Workshop — go through the App Store and are handled by Apple: payment details never reach STARS S.R.L. The game reads your purchases from transactions signed by Apple, on the phone, without sending us anything.
Who receives it and how long it is kept
We don’t pass data to anyone, because we don’t receive any. Your team stays on the phone for as long as you play; what you send to Game Center is kept by Apple under the rules of your account.
How to delete it
In the game’s Settings, “New career” closes the current team and starts another. Deleting the game removes everything that was on the phone. To remove your scores and achievements from Game Center, use your iPhone’s Game Center settings.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object and to receive it in a portable format. With Paddock Rise we hold no data of yours to apply them to: Game Center data is handled by Apple, under the rules of your account. You can still write to us at any time at info@stars.srl or by certified email at stars@namirialpec.it: we reply within one month, as Article 12 GDPR requires.
You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of the country where you live.
Changes to this policy
If the game changes the way it handles data, this policy changes with it. The date at the bottom of the page shows the latest revision.
